1. MoxVintage is an information service. We post links to listings on third-party marketplaces. We do not sell items and are not a party to any purchase.
2. Listings, photos and descriptions belong to their sellers and marketplaces. Prices and availability can change at any time.
3. An alert is not a guarantee of authenticity, condition, value or price. Check every listing yourself before buying.
4. Any purchase is a contract between you and the seller, under the marketplace's terms and buyer protection.
5. "Similar listings" ranges are based on current asking prices for comparable listings on the same marketplace. They are not valuations, and items often sell for less than their asking price.
6. We may change, pause or stop the service at any time.
7. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
8. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
